I recently made a booking via AGODA to stay at a Luxury Beach Tent Deluxe, only to be told by Menjangan Dynasty Resort they received a booking from AGODA for a lesser quality room. Apparently this was due to a 'technical glitch' in AGODAS system!! I was going to have to pay additional money for the resort to honour my booking confirmation from AGODA!! To both AGODA and Menjangan Dynasty Resort.... GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER and DONT let your customers pay for your INAFFICIENCIES!!!!!
