I booked a stay through Agoda, and it turned into a nightmare. I made a small error in the guest and tried to correct it immediately but Agoda’s customer service has been completely unresponsive. I booked hotel O Hotel Krishna villa in Govindpuri , delhi . Very poor room not like image shown in agoda website also TV, AC not work staff not clean room. My booking ID 1891127054. Pl request to all don't go there.Their lack of communication is shocking, especially for a well-known platform. Avoid booking through Agoda if you want peace of mind.
