I had a very disappointing experience with Agoda. They unauthorized charged me €1600, and despite my attempts to contact them via email, I feel like I'm being kept on a leash without getting any closer to a solution. The lack of timely support and resolution for this issue has made this experience extremely frustrating. I would not recommend using Agoda based on this experience.
