Never going to use this company literally booked a hotel on the day of the booking maybe 2 hours earlier and my partner became unwell contacted Agoda to just change the dates the hotel also said it was fine to do as long as agoda send an email and they will approve the request but they lied to me to say they contacted the hotel and now I can not amend the date or pay the difference if it cost more I never wanted a refund just a change in date.Please be aware they lie when they say they will help and contact the hotel and it's really not worth saving a few pounds for then to be unreasonable like this and pretend they are offering to help booking was made May 7th
