Rubbish customer service. Its absolutely impossible to get in touch for help unless it's by a chatbot which doesn't understand your query.I booked and cancelled a hotel and received a cancellation confirmation email. I was still charged the full amount and can't speak to anyone to sort it out. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
