I’m traveling to Thailand in July 2025. I’ve always used another company that I’ve been very happy with, but this time I thought I’d try something different for a new experience. Wow – what an experience it has been with Agoda, and not in a good way.I booked a hotel and paid immediately, but the reservation didn’t go through, even though the money was deducted from my account. Without my consent, the staff booked another hotel for me.Now it’s been 20 days, and I still don’t know if I’ll ever get my money back. Goodbye !👋
