I booked a hotel with breakfast, but upon arrival, the hotel claimed they had no record of my booking. After multiple frustrating calls, Agoda's representative arranged an alternative hotel, but to my dismay, breakfast wasn't included.This experience was riddled with errors and poor communication. Agoda's lack of attention to detail and customer care is appalling. The numerous issues I encountered made my stay stressful and inconvenient.Unless you enjoy dealing with mistakes and unfulfilled promises, I strongly advise against using Agoda.
