I had a very bitter experience with Agoda. The user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) were horrible, making it difficult to navigate and use the platform. Even the technology was subpar, as it failed to prevent double bookings, resulting in penalties for canceling. This was not a good experience for either the host or the guest.To make matters worse, their support system was equally disappointing. Despite searching for hours, I couldn't find a way to deactivate my listing on the dashboard. This lack of transparency and poor user experience is unacceptable and has severely tarnished my trust in Agoda.I cannot recommend Agoda to other users due to these issues. It's crucial for platforms like this to have reliable technology and support systems in place to ensure a positive experience for all users.
