If I could give them -1000, I would!! Terrible customer service during a flight cancellation. Our flight from Bali to Phuket (booked via Agoda) was canceled by the airline less than 24 hours before departure. Agoda failed to offer any alternative or assistance despite repeated urgent requests.They kept giving generic replies and told us to “contact the airline ourselves,” even though they were the booking agent. We were in a foreign country with no support and had no option but to pay out of pocket for a new flight to avoid being stranded.Agoda’s support was slow, unhelpful, and refused to take responsibility. We are now left pursuing refunds and reimbursements through our bank. Absolutely unacceptable service during a critical travel disruption.Do NOT rely on Agoda for flight bookings… if anything goes wrong, you’re on your own.And since checking this reviews, I guess they won’t even refund my money!!!! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
