Not the best platform. The booking was easy but I had some problems with wrong payment details. I had to contact the support afterwards to get a refund.They advertised a wrong price. Their website showed a price of 116 including all taxes. This included the city tax according to the website. But when I reached the property, they said the Agoda has not paid the city tax and I had to pay it in person again. I then contacted support who after a long conversation, agreed to refund me. Waiting on the refund now.
