I booked the Mercure Holland House in Cardiff for 2 nights via Agoda and paid them £175After our stay, the Mercure Holland House told us they have only received payment for 1 night, and we were charged a further £90 for the second nightThis is shocking and completely unacceptable Be warned - do NOT use Agoda for any bookings
