My Booking id is 1902089746. i cancelled my stay at Ramada Hong Kong from 19 th June till 23 June 2025 on 18 th june 2025. i was told by Agoda to connect to hotel directly, who in turn told me that I need to pay 1 night as cancellation. but I have been debited 4 nights by Agoda, Its a serious issue as I am unable to connect to their customer service , by mail and by AI powered feature as they have manipulated their site not to accept my request. if my concern is unaddressed I ll raise it up on Media and Courts also.
