This is my 3rd issue with Agoda.1. The hotel already closed due to maintenance. I travelled for 3 hours and found out once arrived.2. I travelled for 2 hours and my booking is not in the system. 3. I just arrived at hotel today and found out the system told me “I cancelled my booking”.Not to mention, when you call Agoda, you need to call for at least 1 hour plus just to get your refund. And the money will be refunded 45 working days which is not your fault to begin with!!!I will uninstall Agoda today and will not come back to use their services again.
