Order paid and still nothing received a month later

I am still waiting for my shoes though I passed my order almost a month ago. And no one is handling my case. The shipment seems to have been lost by the carrier (which is not the customer’s problem) but adidas don’t do anything to help. After having contacted them twice (they don’t contact me, never) on their chat, they told me that they would open an inquiry with UPS but still no news 8 days after. I asked them to send me back a replacement order as I reminded them I paid, but no, they won’t. I don’t know why to do now to get what I paid for and they don’t seem to care. It is a shame
