Ive ordered online a nice white jacket for 420 nis. The item I’ve received seemed not new — there was no ticket on it, just some handwritten sticker with size and item code I believe. I contacted service straight after opening my parcel. So they told me to send it back for refund, but I really loved exactly this jacket, it fitted perfectly moreover I’m pregnant and my old jacket became small. I requested not to refund but send me another same item but with ticket and new, coz it is already out of stock online and I can’t reorder it. The answer was that they don’t have exchange service and will give me a 20% discount voucher for next order not applying for already discounted items . So I could order some other item with 20% not 40% and obviously there is no guarantee they won’t send me another used item. So I ended up with second hand adidas jacket for 420 nis (~115$) after 40% discount. Shame on you adidas. Actually you won, you sold some used item for more than 100$, so good for you, nice business you do :)))) Not sure I’ll order again, so disappointed. No field to attach some photos.
