case reference number 69151220, 69092138Absolutely unacceptable service by adidas.com. Placed an order and was informed that delivery will be by end of Tuesday 19th March. Have made several phone calls to chase but no clear response. On top of that, I asked for a formal complaint to be raised and only just received a email confirmation of the complaint being logged with nothing recorded next to ‘Reason’, and to allow for 4-6 business days for a response! When will I get my items?
