Order number AUK91705082. This is a genuine review hence why I have left the order number on show. Ordered 4 pairs of trainers for £360. What I received was shocking. They sent me 4 pairs of trainers that were returned by other customers. The trainers came from adidas returns department as it clearly showed on my emails from royal mail. I contacted customer services via chat. Had another shock of my life. They clearly can't understand English. Can't answer simple questions. Really really disappointed. A company this big with f****d up tactics of selling returned items. Never again will I be spending my money with this company.
