I ordered a pair of bikers for my wife’s birthday. I didn’t want the style to sell out so I order 2 months before her birthday. She finally opened her gift and the shoes are 1/2 size too big. I called Adidas customer service to exchange the brand new shoes for the correct size and they would not allow me to exchange saying that it was outside of their 30 day return period. I could see if I was looking for a return but to refuse an exchange? Come in Adidas, do better.
