Horrible experience- ordered sneakers - received the WRONG sneakers - returned sneakers 6/18/24 - Adidas received return 6/22/24 - no refund received as of 8/1/24 - I called & spoke to “Sam” & was told there was an error in the system so I had to wait 1-2 weeks for an update AND then it was 14 business days….asked for Supervisor & was told there were none working & I needed to call back in 24-48 hrs. - so morale of this story is ADIDAS IS FRAUDULENT & if you buy from them, have to return something & an error occurs in their processing/system ITS YOUR FAULT - BBB WHERE ARE YOU & what’s being done to stop fraud?
