Ok so I ordered a pair of pants July 28 2024, the delivery date was supposed to be on the 9th, so after the item was stuck in transit for 7 days, I emailed customer service only to get a bot telling me that basically it's coming, so I emailed to speak with a real person, got one was told that they don't know why it hasn't been in motion but that it's coming, mind you I've ordered items from California, Los Angeles and Vegas since ordering from Adidas and I've received those items within day from across the US but something that's only 4 states away is taking FOREVER!!! this is just ridiculous, Adidas needs to be shot in their ass using a logical service that takes forever to get customers their products, ot says they use Pitney Bowers, and then Usps, but it's no way it should take nearly 3 weeks to receive one item, So I'm doing this review to tell others if your willing to wait at least a month to receive your stuff then order from Adidas cause it's going to be a LONG ASS WAIT AND ITS UN CALLED FOR.
