I wish I had read the reviews before placing an order on Adidas.com. It’s awful, just don’t do it. You might get your stuff and you might not. Whatever you do don’t have them shipped to a store! I needed them sooner than the shipping date so I had them shipped to store about 40 minutes from me. The day the we’re supposed to be available, they were not and there is no tracking of these orders. I couldn’t believe the lack of help when I contacted customer support. They couldn’t tell me when it would get there, they couldn’t just do a refund and cancel and when I asked if they could just send me another pair, the response was “we don’t do that”. So remember, the dates given when you place an order online are just an estimate and it could be a week later. They do not have to support any timeframe and they do not have to track any orders unless it’s sent expedited.
