Ordered footy shirts in the black friday sale reduced by 60%. Next day order cancelled but shirts in stock and back to full price. Then cant get through on any customer service channels. Queued for 6 hrs on chat to be disconnected. Phone lines going dead. Whatsapp messaged not responded to for 3 days. Then an email saying sorry the order was cancelled, it was due to a technical fault on the website and a £9 voucher attached. Excellent, i might be able to buy 1 sock with that!Come on adidas. This is poor! If you are going to have a huge discounted sale then at least honour these orders. Seems like someone made a typo on the site and instead of owning up, causing absolute carnage for your customers. You have admitted fault, now send me my order. Hopefully my football club and others move away from you as a supplier when you cant get the biggest shopping weekend of the year right!
