My parcel is lost unfortunately. No refund given. Everytime I speak to someone, they're giving me empty promises I'll get my money back - but can't say exact date and no confirmation email. Waiting for 16 days. Buy adidas products from third party sellers like Amazon. I thought I was getting a good deal, but now I'm left with nothing but frustration and a lighter wallet.
