Adidas shipped my shoes with Ontrac shipping, after I paid extra for express shipping. Adidas product are great, but shipping with Ontrac is a problem. It's been 11 days now, and my order still hasn't arrived. Adidas has not been helpful. Told me I have to wait two weeks for delivery before I can file for a refund. Not good.
