I never expected a global brand like Adidas to treat its customers so poorly. I returned my order (#AD928841390) in June 2024, and despite providing all necessary evidence, including the return receipt and official delivery confirmation from FedEx, I have yet to receive my refund.Adidas keeps changing their statements: first, they claimed they had "no records" of the return, and then they alleged the return was "incomplete." However, I have undeniable proof — a receipt showing the exact weight of the package and FedEx’s confirmation of delivery with a signature. I’ve submitted these documents multiple times, but the issue remains unresolved.I’ve been waiting for over six months, which is absolutely unacceptable. I’m now forced to involve government agencies and legal organizations to get this resolved. This is a disgraceful way to treat loyal customers, and Adidas needs to seriously rethink their return and refund processes.I would not recommend shopping with Adidas if you expect reliable customer service or a fair refund process.
