AVOID ADIDAS!!!

AVOID ADIDAS!!!! I ordered a pair of trainers early November. I was really excited when I received an email to say the items would be delivered. Opened the box to two left trainers instead of a pair. I emailed customer service with no response. Requested a return label and returned the two left trainers. Sadly to say, I’m still waiting for my refund!! Adidas do not have a clue - they received the two left, emailed me asking me if I mispacked as they received two left??! Are they stupid? Yes. They not only mispacked they clearly have zero quality checks on what they are sending out to customers, are ridiculously ignorant at customer service and slow to refund. Avoid Adidas unless you have two left feet
