No communication from. He warranty department…..as usual its on the customer to chase Adidas USA up,

Posted faulty shoes to the warranty department pre Xmas.As Adidas USA has appealing customer service, they dont even bother to acknowledge receipt of the item. I now have to chase them every step of the way, just like with previous warranty returns.Adidas USA is a total failure and brings down the brand.
