Never ordering from Adidas again!

Ordered a Christmas gift from Adidas this past year. They shipped the wrong item. The intended gift recipient never received their gift on Christmas as I had to then initiate a return. From there, Adidas never issued a refund. Over a month later I finally took time out of my busy day to see what was going on. Spent 20 minutes on the phone with a Customer Service agent, who initially claimed that the refund had already been issued. Funny, given that there was no such refund on my credit card log. I implored them to look again to 100% confirm, and then after spending 10 minutes on hold, the agent came back to me and confirmed that I was right - no refund had been issued some 30+ days after the return was initiated. I was surprised to only receive an apology and a "yes, we'll do it now." Nothing else to make amends for the terrible service or the fact that I had to go out of my way to track down the refund. Terrible.
