I ordered the Ajax Amsterdam two piece track suit on 28 March 2025. I got confirmation that the sale was successfully completed on the same day. I waited with anticipation for this limited edition which is intended to be a special present for someone. On 29 March the bottoms arrived and I was told that the tracksuit top was still on its way. At 1pm today (31 March) I was told that the tracksuit has been cancelled due to a ‘stock issue,’ and my refund has not been processed due to a ‘technical’ issue so I must request a refund on a manual form. As I entered a consumer contract and paid for goods that were confirmed as available, Adidas has breached the contract that was agreed. I would like to know what the stock issue is as I ordered it at 8.30am as a two piece when stock was available. Have any customers received the top and why was my order cancelled??? Adidas are also asking me to create a manual refund and this is causing further inconvenience. I am a regular customer and have championed the brand for years and I am extremely disappointed in the communication and the casual way that Adidas have cancelled my order given that I must have been one of the first customers to have ordered the two piece. Please can Adidas contact me regarding this and to arrange for delivery of the piece that I ordered? Many thanks
