I am furious.

I am furious.Never in my life have I encountered such disgraceful customer service. I returned a pair of boxing shoes over 6 months ago, and I still haven’t received my refund. I’ve called 35 times – yes, thirty-five – and every time I get the same nonsense: empty promises, hold music hell, or “we’ll get back to you”… which never happens.This isn’t just incompetence – this feels like deliberate fraud. Adidas has taken my money and washed their hands of all responsibility. When a billion-dollar company refuses to refund a single loyal customer, something is deeply broken.I’ve filed a complaint with the consumer ombudsman and will pursue legal action if this is not resolved within days.👉🏼 Never order directly from Adidas' online store. It’s risky, unreliable, and apparently void of basic consumer rights.I feel cheated, ignored, and utterly disrespected.Shame on you, Adidas.
