Absolutely awful service. Case ref 85770870 closed with no resolution whatsoever after a data breach and my details been used to apply for credit. Unauthorized external party gained access to certain customer data through a third party customer service provider. I asked in the email if nothing can be resolved if they will give me head office email or CEO email as I want to take this further. No response and now received an email stating my case is closed. For such a big company Adidas you should be ashamed of your customer service!
