Several people are complaining about their experience with customer service, but how can you complain about something that does not exist!! With that said, YES, their non-existing customer service is horrible. Good luck trying to get a hold of someone. This company has potential, too bad that they let it all go to waste by not "caring" about maintaining relationships with current clients.
