I was really looking forward to using Active Campaign, as my previous provider had deliverability issues. Key for me is the integration between WooCommerce and Active Campaign as I have an email-based course that I sell. That integration never worked. Working with Ian in Support, I was required to jump through multiple hoops, including doing screen recordings, setting up admin-level email access, coupons, etc. I don’t know why because these have not been accessed. I think it’s been about 2 weeks of ongoing frustrations and there is still no resolution. The experience has been frustrating, delaying my ability to bring my offering to market. I have found their ability to resolve this issue as below par. So sadly, Active Campaign will not be my next provider.
