Overall Active Campaign has a lot to offer, and you can really tailor your customer experience. The support I've had through 1:1 calls has been super helpful as well. I do wish there was more flexibility with their plans in regard to being able to add more contacts without upgrading with many other features. The price jump is significant, and I think there's room for more options. It was overall easy to migrate over from another platform, and to get AC connected to my website. I also find that there are some interesting features around automations and I'm slowly exploring. AC does provide a lot of options for businesses in terms of what you can do on the back end. Overall, I am happy with AC.
