They claim they wrote a support ticket, but they never did. Most importantly, they are lying at their response here that I requested a new subscription, while I have already contacted my bank for issuing a 'fraud alert' on their behalf, because they stored my private card data given in a discounted trial last year in order to recharge me without my consent by fixing auto-renewal at my account interface. BE CAREFUL: even if you press the cancel subscription button, on the next page you must press another button to finish this process that is deliberately HIDDEN at the edge of a huge text!!! READ ALL THE REVIEWS HERE! We give one star, because we cannot give a zero one. Be prepared for fraud and scam. I will get back again, if a real refund appears at the card and they are not scamming again.
