Lured into getting a subscription, after having received tons of emails that said my articles were mentioned/cited by others. That was strike one. Got a one month membership, then I see 12 months is deducted. That was strike two. I send them an email describing the problem. No response. No refund. That was strike three. Also, the paid version has no extra features that would benefit you. And the 900 emails in the past one year, none was me who was cited. Crooked AI created by crooked people. So unlikely of me to write a negative review. These guys really got on my nerves this time.
