‘Very good’ and ‘like new’ books were crap, not ‘very good’ or ‘like new.’ Not even close. Customer service said I had to pay for my own return shipping but they would refund my shipping cost. So I have to lose money (return shipping is more than I paid when I bought) to get a refund — which means it is cheaper to keep them and donate, rather than deal with these people. Never never never again. Buyer beware — I wish I would have seen these reviews before I ordered.
