The worst company ever, you figure out that they are just nothing and they dont control anything, they are just order takers from the towing companies they deal with!! I waited almost 6 hours just for them to send a tow truck to pick my car!! And after waiting they sent someone to tow my car and when he arrived he didnt want to tow my car because there was no keys for the car!! Guess what I ordered a tow truck in the beginning because I didnt have my keys!!!! And left without taking it and I have to order another truck and made like 100 calls and one of AAA supervisors gave me a phone number for the towing company that should come and pick up my car and I talked to there agent ELENA which have zero tolerance and zero humanity and ugly personality and she decided to cancel the truck they are sending to me cause I was so angry at the phone and keep cutting me and talking to me in a very rude way and arrogant way!! And decided to hang up on me and she cancelled the tow truck on me , I was left on the street for almost 6 hours, Alone on the rain at the street and my phone was gonna die one me and they didnt respect any of this!!!! Anyways I hate my experience with this company and I will not renew my membership with them ever again!! Disgusting way and customer service!!! I wish there was a negative 10 review to give!! I am really so upset and humiliated like hell!! I feel so bad and sick!!
