Yesterday, our (me & my husband were in the car) car battery died while we were driving in the road (I-696, east bound). We called AAA at 11 pm (April 11th) and waited for 3.5 to 4 hrs. After multiple called, we did not get any help from AAA, instead after 3.5 hrs they said they could not send anybody so far and could not provide an estimated time of service. It was over 3 in the morning , cold, windy and we felt unsafe sitting in a car that time and that long. Then we cancelled our service request and called police to help us. We back home after 4am in the morning. Having AAA membership is pointless. We pay to get service when we needed but looks like all these years we are paying them for no reason. Horrible! Horrible!! Horrible!!! service. I wish I could rated them with a score below zero. Don't waste money on them.
