Signed up and same day asked for roadside assistance. Apparently because I just signed up it would be $90 for the tow with same day service. Not ideal but fine I say charge the card on file that I signed up with, rep says they are having trouble and asked me to read the card. I said no as I don’t feel comfortable reading my cc over an unsecured line. The rep then stated I could go on the app or online to schedule but it would route me back call as I would still need to pay. I said forget it and I’ll cancel my membership (which I did). The charge was already annoying but you have the card on file and an app but I can’t pay the tow fee through those? I have to read my number over an unsecured line? That’s extremely shady
