AAA did not recognize my family plan

I am on family plan with my mom. I was in a car accident yesterday. When I called to utilize my 100 miles free tow, the Ap couldn't find me, so I called the phone #. AAA told me the plan was expired. I told my mom. When my mom called AAA, they said the plan was active. When I tried using the ap with my name & zip code, it said they couldn't find my membership. When I tried using the ap with my mom's name & zip, it also didn't work. Yesterday, I was in an emergency and needed my car towed and had to rely on Allstate to tow my car which meant I had to wait over 3 hours. I am very disappointed in the fact that I was not able to rely on AAA during my emergency.
