AAA Wisconsin Roadside Assistance is not as advertised. Plan on getting assistance about never from the time you make the request. First time it took over THREE hours while I was on the roadside in the rain. Next time I called well in advance, 1 1/2 hours to schedule a tow from my house durning mid afternoon mind you, not during rush hour. I called the AAA rep after they didn't show at the expected time. She said the order had not been seen by the company and she had to restart the request. POOR BUSINESS ACUMEN PEOPLE! Get your .... together!
