Automobile Club of Southern California agent Jasmine Gamez has very poor communication skills and lazy. She was unable to explain what was needed to obtain a policy. My old insurance company quit operations in California and when you have people that are pretending to work and don’t care about the people having to spend money for a policy where they treat you like a criminal in California. She took charged my credit card and then voids the policy and refused to return my calls and emails. I have been a long time AAA member and do transient work in California and she would not give me a policy because I work on base. This is bad business practices if you refuse to do business with military
