It should be zero stars, don’t ever buy sporting event tickets from AAA, I bought tickets to save some money, the game got rained out and was postponed for a single game double header, the team’s policy doesn’t allow for an exchange and AAA wouldn’t refund me, never again…An update to this review……After much back and forth with AAA and explaining to them the teams policy on single double header games, I was able to get a refund. You have to do all the research in your teams policy in order to get the refund, long story short, if your buying baseball tickets, it’s easier to get them through your teams website or Ticketmaster than AAA.
