I called to get my car towed and was advised I have already used the towing 2 times this year and there was a 100 fee in addition to the cost of the tow. I requested to cancel this and was told the $100 dollars would be refunded and here we are 10 days after and still a 100 dollar charge to my cc. I have called 3 times to customer service to request the refund and have yet to get this refunded. DO NOT USE AAA its a scam and customer service is horrible.
