Is there anything less than one star? My car overheated (water pump went) and rolled to stop. We have had AAA for many years and have rarely used the service. They sent me a text that driver would be there in 20 minutes-no one appeared-, then a text saying he was 6 minutes out - no one appeared - then another text saying 21 minutes--nope. Called again and was told an hour --nope. Called their dispatch centre and was treated disrepectfully and told they had no idea when they would come.It was 87degrees and sunny. No severe weather. It was not rush hour when it started. I called another towing service and they came in under an hour.Why am I paying for disrespectful useless service? I would suggest that if they are called, make a guaranteed time of arrival, sort of like pizza delivery. If I don't get satisfaction from my complaint to them, that will be the end of AAA for me.
