HORRIBLE. I was 15 minutes outside of a major city and right next to a smaller town. It's raining--it's night--I had a flat- I wanted help as I was on a major freeway and it was dark and raining. Could only use the automated recording... THEY COULDN"T FIND ME!! I couldn't talk to anyone to tell them where I was it!! Finally highway patrol helped me. CANCELED membership
