Most people get AAA for the towing. Peace of mind if you break down on a long trip. You would expect that someone would be there to help within 30-45 minutes… certainly no longer than an hour, right? Especially if your family is stranded on the interstate near a large city. Apparently AAA doesn’t share this thought process. I have needed a tow 2 times over the last couple of years and both times took around 3 HOURS for a truck to show up. Keep in mind this is after the app and customer service gave multiple false time estimates. This service is garbage. I will be canceling and spreading the word.
