The level of service provided by AAA has gradually decreased over the past number of years, especially to include their response times.When prices go up and the level of service goes down, that is not a good value for customers. The amount of time it takes to reach a human being is unreasonable. I realize everything is now automated but if you do need to speak to a human it would help that they're not curt with you or even rude.I cannot with a clear conscience currently recommend AAA to anyone.
