We added our teenage daughter and our monthly policy skyrocketed. We were not notified of this increase by the customer service rep. After AAA reviewed the conversation that we had, AAA found that the customer service rep did nothing wrong. Now this balance is with a collections agency. There are so many other reputable auto insurance companies. Don’t waste your time and money. Out of 3148 reviews on trust pilot, AAA has received 1.5 stars. That says it all. Wish I had done my research.
